I just caught mine. 3:08 am server time. The location was (50.5,15.8) which is near the AQ40 entrance. Poor quality, but that's what stones are for.
Since the Qiraji Guardling seems to only spawn as a primary I tried killing every critter within AQ and along the border of Silithus. I found mine shortly after wiping every other critter off of the face of Azeroth. Your results may differ from mine. Happy hunting!
