As a member of the Horde I tried to get the Alliance balloon by infiltrating Stormwind. Unfortunately the quest giver is not visible at all, nor is her quest on the minimap.

I mention this here under the Horde Balloon entry because I assume this is the same for Alliance attempting to infiltrate Orgrimmar. Don't want anyone to corpse flop their way to the vendor only to find out they aren't visible!

While the pet is unusual and often gets positive comments from passer-by, its constant "swish-swish-swish" sound can get very very annoying if you keep sound effects turned up in game. Not to mention, even if YOUR sound isn't too loud, perhaps your guildmate's is. Play with your pets responsibly folks!

It is not yet noted in the description above, but this pet is now available through Landro's Pet Box as a random chance drop. The drop rate is low, and you will not see a rare pet if you already own it (making it hard to track opening statistics). But it is an alternative to the current prices of $150+ on eBay if you have UDE points to burn :)

This pet is almost continually doing its active idle animations (yes I note the irony). If it isn't up on its hind legs begging, it's digging for a bone, fighting over said bone, or rolling over. Basically, it's just REALLY excited to be your pet.

Oh and like KT, and some of the other newer pets, he is GIGANTIC on pet biscuits. This can lead to targeting issues, especially if you are a tank and he's doing his begging animation.

From the FigurePets booth at BlizzCon: Sleepy Willy, Panda Cub, Eggbert, Muckbreath, and Worg Pup are the possibilities for set 2. They had those 5 in a case and said 3 of them were coming next ;)

I got myself a Murky while i was at the Con, and he's fricking ADORABLE.
