Does anyone know if this is still atainable in Shadowlands? I have been trying for this pet every time the emissary quest comes up on at least six characters and have had zero luck. It's been years. >.<
EDIT: After about 5 years of doing these darn quests on multiple characters (10 chars in the past year) every time it popped, I FINALLY got Khadgar to give me his damn head today. I have slain my white whale. :P (July 26th, 2022)
