This pet along with the Widow Hatchling were found to be glitched inside trees and way beneath the earth while I was searching for them.

I did manage to find the Blighthawk while unphased and captured him without too much hassle.

Still unable to find a Widow Hatchling that isn't bugged out in a tree, though

Apparently they "rise from the ashes" of the 'adult' infernals. I farmed for two hours with a pretty good spawnrate, and never found a single one.

Maybe it's bugged for now?
