It doesnt seem obtainable in Shadowlands.. Been farming it for a week now

HELP! Is this pet still obtainable in Shadowlands, and how, on Alliance side?

EDIT: Found it! You start the quests in the Shattered Beachhead, Blasted Lands Alliance camp (where the flight master is). You would do 3-4 quests there, than be sent to another camp to the west, do 3-4 quests there, etc. Eventually leading to Report to the King in Stormwind.

 

Here is some of the quest chain i took (first and last Quests):
