Found one at approx. 9 am server time on Skullcrusher and accidentally crit killed it :(. After doing some research, found a theory that these are on a similar spawn timer as a rare spawn. Most sources place that at 6-8 hours, so came back at 3 pm server and began to wait. At 4 pm, almost 7 hours later on the dot, found another single (uncommon) spawn. Carefully battled him and brought him home! The 6-8 hour window might be helpful for those still looking.
