Having issues with Blizzard lately.. Transferred alt toons to another realm which caused all of my paid pets & mounts to disappear. Help ticket resulted in them sending everything back to me via in-game mail. This was a few days ago. Today I log in and everything's missing again - haven't transferred new toons or done anything this time. Will submit another ticket tomorrow and see what the reason for this happening was this time.
