You can find him in a chest in a cave below the Achenon seigeyard; look for the platform where the rare spawn Yazheera the incinerator spawns. It's down the cliff from there. It's an interesting little obstacle course of security lazers and slowing totems to reach the chest at the back of the cave. I also recieved some garrison supplies, and a "steamy romance novel".

Found my uncommon on a tiny island/sandbar in between Achindoun, and Deathweb hollow (SE). There were two riverwallowers fighting beside samesaid tiny island (but of course, they might be dead/pre-respawn) when you come to it. Sorry, I don't have the co-ords app, so hopefully descriptivness does the trick.

 

 

mine is equal speed and power (at 221) and his health is 1480.

 

 

Edit: Just spotted another uncommon in the same river, this one just below sunsworn camp.

Just picked up an uncommon on Exodar near K3... and there was no visible snow... 

 

 

Edit: Never mind. there must have been some lag. It is currently snowing on Exodar realm.
