as of two days ago, I still could not level Jingles up. Has anyone had any success in leveling him?

I have been trying to use a flawless battle stone to help level up Jingles, but every time i click on him, it says he is out of range. Has anyone else had any problems with their Jingles?

found a letter on the ground next to a mail box in Dalaran, but cannot pick it up... frustrating to say the least

is anyone else having a problem with updating your collection... I finally did the celestial tournament and got my first pet there.. but when I try to update, the site is saying it doesnt appear that I have any pets. I have followed the instructions it suggested.. and even went as far as rebooting the whole computer... still will not register I have pets..
