I've caught 3 (1 Common, and 2 Uncommon) of this beautiful now.
It's not too hard if you put a little effort in it :)
Make a Alliance DK on a low pop realm and level it up to there you're send out to StormWind. Hop on the boat to Borrean Tundra (rightmost dock).
When you zone into Northrend jump of the boat and swim to "Unu'pe" south-west of Death's Stand.
Walk up the "ramp" (see this screenshot) towards Death's Stand. (Near the rock), there's the spawn point :)
