Coy's Comments

I've read all the comments are numerous websites trying to figure out what causes his spawn. I have my druid parked in felwood with Immolatus on my NPC Scan (id is 7137) and I fly around and kill critters and battle pets.

 

Last night I get on about 2am and I'M THE ONLY ONE THERE. A couple hours into chatting with my late night friends, my NPC Scan goes off for Immolatus and the Minfernal spawns right next to me. Kind of makes me think they spawn together.

I finally got Mr. Pinchy after countless hours of fishing schools. 2 wishes in, still no pet.

It was minutes before my 3rd wish was available when my friend invited me to come to Silithus with him to witness him earning the Thunderfury. I save my wish and wait patiently for his achievement to be announced in our guild.

As soon as it happened, I right-clicked Mr. Pinchy and got an achievement of my own! I now refer to his new sword as "Thunderstolen," Blessed Blade of the Windseeker.

I was killing whelps for an hour with no luck when a paladin of the opposite faction came by doing the same. Annoyed that he was intruding on my space, I followed him around tagging mobs before he was able to, trying to frustrate him into going elsewhere.

As I moonfired one particular whelp, I /laugh at him and went to loot. As I did so, he killed one of his own. Then I saw a brilliant yellow light appear around him as when you learn a pattern. Then he summons a cute green whelp and flies away.
