Has anyone noticed, that sandstorm doesnt work as intended after 6.1 patch. At least for me it doesn't reduce dmg by 74 as it should. Seems like sandstorm has any effect.

Dropped for me today. I don't about drop rate, but it was my second char who run Mount Hyjal.
