As a Night Elf this pet is pretty easy to get. Not sure if non night elves can fly in the caves, but as a wisp you can fly up to the ledge and res up there. Or if you have a NElf friend that can res have them help you.

RNG luck is still terrible. Working on Syd the Squid, but so far no luck.
