As of 8.1, Smoochums' appearance was changed to a normal "ghost cat" appearance. 

 

 

This change made me really sad because I actually prefered the original look, and now, I find myself not even wanting to summon him. 

I got this guy earlier today after about 20 kills of Bufo...I was lucky! : ) One thing that really creeps me out is the noises he makes when you click on it.... D:

I got this little monster on my first run with my main. I tried for a second run on an alt, but it didn't drop. Also, you don't have to be a Warlock to be able to summon Kil'rek, just Summon/Dismiss it a few times and he should show up.

I think the drop rate is quite high considering I got it on my first on my main. Decided to try again on an alt and I got the Big Bad Wolf event but the pet didn't drop on the second try.

This pet is such a beauty! We finally get to get our own Tyrael! :P On another note, I got mine at that one Loque'nahak's spawn point, up north.

I have no idea how hard (or easy) it was for other people but I just got mine! I only had to looted something like 4 or 5 bags and it dropped. I've seen it drop 2 times so far, in like 1 hour.
