The baby elderhorn was discussed on wowhead a few days ago as being part of a world spawning pet battle with a wolf that is about to attack it and you can accept the quest and fight the wolf to save the calf.  It would seem like aquiring the elderhorn through that mechanic would be logical, but who knows how it will actually turn out.

9/6 - Either RNG is not liking me or the drop rate is lower on this one.  Have gotten 5 and 4 drops of other pets to 1 drop of this one.  On 2 accounts with 4 lvl 100's over last 3 days.  

9/7 - Another day and 3 more pet drops but not this one.

Currently bugged so that if you already own one of the CE expansions it won't let you buy the complete collection.  Told by customer support that it is being worked on and it was not intended that anyone who purchased before was excluded, guess they still want our money.

Looks like this one will wait til I have flying so I can camp spawn points from above.
