got one as a secondary at the beach north of booty bay, the one beyond the small bridge.

your best shot to get this pet is farming silithid hatchlings during a sandstorm. about 50% of the secondary pets to the silithid hatchling were sand kitten.

on a sidenote, i got rare onyxia spawn, sand kitten and silithid hatchlings in one hour, good start. :)

the first time i got it was as secondary near broken pillars. no sandstorm.

the kingsblood trick did NOT work at all.

tried it like 20 times now, not one spawn as main or secondary.

note: you need to be neutral with sporeggar to see them, lucky enough it only takes 5 minutes to get the rep to neutral at 90. :)

fould him at the top ridge in terrokar forrest. 01.50 am.

update:

found four more at the same spot, top of raizorthorn rise, 27 minutes later. this seems the place to be.

spawntimer seems to be 20 minutes. for two hours now, every 20 minutes between two and four spawned. i came back an hour later and the place was packed. maybe 20 of them. 4.30am. finally a rare one. good night. :)

found mine right away, low pop servers ftw :)

found just north of forward command, near the green zone.
