I found one by itself south of Sanctum of the Moon in the larger pond. It was poor quality, but I captured it anyway since it seems like a fuss to get. 5 mins later in the south Dead Scar it was secondary to a maggot.

Just went there and there were tons of minfernals to pick from. Tamed rare on second try.
