Finally found this today as a PRIMARY pet (and it was a rare!) at 75.31,30.80.

This is in the pool areas of Zin-Azshari.

Watched a warlock do this tonight who spawned & killed a total of NINE scarey sprites but got no pet!!  That is just wrong!
