I got mine at: 46.6, 17.1. Took me less than 1 minute to find it after using this macro:
/way 48.0 14.2
/way 49.2 17.5
/way 47.9 19.0
/way 46.6 17.1
Just make it a macro, it's the locations for the 4 nests. Once you reach the location try to see if there is a nest close, if not, move to the next waypoint. If none of them bear results, wait awhile and try again.

Got a rare on the first try. They are in the top NW part of Northern Barrens near the harpies. I just killed any prairie dogs and adders that came anywhere close to the harpies, and in about 15 minutes of doing that the rare one spawned.
