I just made ready for hours of camping this little guy. Just when i left CoT a Sandstorm started and i was able to catch 3 of them. No rare´s, but good breed ID. I hope for a battle stone soon :)

I really tried camping on this pet, i have even placed alts and tried it with CRZ but i never saw a single one. 

So today at 5 am i have been waiting for server restart and there it was. I start to believe that this is the only way to get this pet. Unless you are totally lucky ofc.

I found mine while camping for a silithid in Tanaris. I saw a paw on the map that was located underneath the earth. so i flew all the way down to where the instances in CoT are located and there it was. 

I finally got my Minfernal yesterday. I have camped it over 6 hours and then finally 1 spawned. It was only uncommon, but luckily i had a battlestone.

I have slain ever rat or other pet that crossed my way to give a slot for new spawns. I really think your should do this when looking for a Minfernal. 

I cannot confirm a spawn when you slay the rare mob. In the days that i have camped there i have slain it twice, but no spawn.
