Guess I will leave my 2 cents. Was reading these comments while waiting for Emerald Proto-Whelps to spawn, randomly checked the north-central spawn point and one was waiting for me there. Grey quality, 3:58PM server time, someone in General Chat said they had found theirs about 20 minutes earlier in the North Western spawn.
