Hard to get solo, the only hard part is to solo Razorgore - rest of the bosses are a walk in the park.
If you aim to solo Razor, the key is to get a few adds on him as possible (3-5, then abandon him - right click his portrait), then try to get aggro from the mobs. If you can heal, you will draw aggro by healing yourself. A HoT helps quite a lot.
