If you have the Horde barn and the cup spawns on the 2nd level you will need to be creative.
I ran behind the garrison and climbed up the rocks then jumping onto the barn roof. From there you need to walk to the edge of the horned beams on the right or left of the 2nd floor opening. From there you can shift over to the ledge to get in!
