I have found that there is a lot less competition for these guys on RP & RPPVP servers. I moved my level 58 DK to silent vigil on the US Sentinels RP server, and 24 hours after the server reset, I had no competition and was able to fight 3 of these guys in the area where there are no mobs.
All you need is 2 gold to get to dalaran and then take the free flight to the argent tournament. Good luck everyone.
