This method worked perfectly! When i first arrived to the spot there wasnt a single momma bear around. I killed all the ones i could find and slowly started getting a few mommas marked with the raid targets. I had 5 moms with only 2 respawns on 3 different bears before I got my rare. Excellent advice!
