Got one today at 11:15am ... cleared rats and everything else I could see ... noticed a pack of three rares in a row of cockroaches at bloodvenom post and engaged them then left battle... went back and found him at 43,38. thank goodness that's done!

In the 'battle two" method for the moth, the two new moths will spawn within 7 minutes. Got my rare on the fourth rotation. :)
