So, this pet is very elusive.  The rug is even more elusive.  Here a helpful tip:

- Don't camp out.  There are two spots the rug will pop up for both factions.  Inside the barber shop and inside the pet shop.  For the Horde, it will pop up on the grate next to our inn.  Check back whenever you are in Dalaran (Broken Isles).  But don't camp out.  It's not worth it.  The rug is very random.

Happy hunting and just grab one and make it rare.

Battle the three rats first.  You'll need to win all three or only one Snowshoe Hair will spawn.
