For those interested: this pet comes in two different colours, and as far as I can tell--having summoned and dismissed mine many, many times--the colour does not change randomly with summon, nor does it fade to another colour while the pet is out. If you're interested in collecting every colour varient of every pet, you will need to tame two of either this one, or the Antoran Bile Larva which shares the pale green coloured model with this one. I found and /cheered at this lovely candle at exactly 10:31 pm server time where it was sitting near Antonidas' statue. Then for curiosity's sake, I flew around in and endless circle spamming my /tar macro looking for the respawn. I flew over it just as it appeared near the Militant Mystic at exactly 10:36 pm. So I'm assuming the respawn timer is five minutes. Good luck!
