As of 9/5/18 this pet has been "removed" from the pet list in-game. Perhaps it will show up later in the expansion as a craftable pet from enchanters.

Makes an excellent little tank,especially against mechanicals. Extra Plating, Burn and Heat Up and robotic pets melt.

Yeah, for making players wait 8 months for this, you'd think Blizz would make the spawn rate less terrible. You can find the summer Qiraji pet all over, not sure why this is so special.
