They spawn 2-3 minutes after midnight server time, all over the Master's Cellar. If you are looking for a rare, you need one with at least 1200 health.

It is a piy that in MoP they are no longer a completely unique model.

Still boggles my mind why some players deliberately come and kill off all the minipets spawned in an area as soon as they notice there is someone battling them....
