After more than ~20 hours of farming I found it. Lost count on how many foxes I killed and how many gold I made out of vendor trash. I think I annoyed my friends on vent by squeaking and repeating "Oh my God" for over 5 minutes. The drop rate is definitely low.
Also, this pet is REALLY small D:

Aw, I am SO sad this pet does not fly as high as your mount. Really disappointing as in Cata ground mounts will be obsolete. :(
