They havent said wether or not it has a cut off date, but you can be somewhat assured that is doesnt by the fact the promotional Hearthsteed from Hearthstone for WOW is still atainable. Also for what its worth I finaly hit lvl 20 in Hots and got my Graves yesterday so its still attainable
