Flew around for about an hour clearing out rats in hopes of Lofty Libram spawning with no luck. Today I flew over just to check and saw them all over the place. Caught an uncommon and named it Levar ^.^

This pet reminds me of a chibi style because of the large circle eyes and his little peg legs. The tiny feet are so adorable! ♥

I got this about 250 casts. I usually have extremely bad luck with rare drops too. I thought I had to fish in the pools but when I got mine it wasn't from a pool. If you haven't got it yet just keep on fishin' Good luck!
