About Nearlysober:
Been playing since launch in November 2004, too long ago to remember my first pet but I've been collecting them since before you could "learn" them.
Unfortunately back then I didn't think about how rare the original CE pets would become, or to engage in the 1-time activities that granted several of the other exclusive early pets.
Over the years I've mained on Horde & Alliance. I've played every race and every class, though I prefer melee (Rogue to be specific). I've been an endgame raider and a hardcore PvP'er. I even played the trading card game before it was shuttered and reborn as Hearthstone.
But mostly, I've been a collector... which now fits my casual approach to the game. Life these days is too busy to keep a raiding or battleground schedule, but I binge when I can and go searching for pets, toys & mounts to add to my collection.
