Acquired all 3 DK pets this morning; "Power Ascended" is fortunately not needed anymore, but you do indeed have to complete the Order Hall campaign including "Breaching the Tomb", which is fairly quick to do except for the time-gated missions. I unlocked all 3 artifacts prior to starting the campaig...

I finally gave up ... but I think I have to go and try it again ... but not looking forward to it, and I am expecting the same issues ... if I remember correctly you have to reach a certain level of faction to see the beach ... and since my character was older and had done that part way back when, ...
