For the beast family I saw a suggestion to use a Scalded Basilisk Hatchling (2,2,1), Fel Pup (2,2,2), and Thaumaturgical Piglet (2,2,2).

A record of 11-1 later (and the 1 was a screw up on my part in the first battle), I'm almost wishing I didn't already have the 5000 win achievement .

I got one on the first day with a little competition, and then last night I wandered into Ironforge and one was just running around in the globe with no one around.

So it appears to be getting pretty easy as the holiday goes on.

I'd like to see an achievement for battling with three pets randomly selected for you. So the emphasis is on thinking on your feet to counter whatever pops up for the other person. Maybe put in the ability to change/confirm what pet is going first before the battle starts.

Wondering about peoples comments on the most versatile pet as far as battling wild pets and tamers etc. I know some will jump on the [pet]Anubisath Idol[/pet] but I have never enjoyed that pet as it seems like a slow battler. ... Yes, all you need is enough pets at 25.

I thought it was pretty repetitive, without being particularly challenging. If you have a lot of pets at 25, I can't imagine why you would want a guide through it.

I'll do it enough to get all the pet drops, then hope for something better.

I wish they did more pets like this.

I'm pretty lazy about leveling things like archaeology and fishing since it is so boring, but a pet as a reward is a nice incentive. I leveled fishing fast while working on the pet to buy from Margoss.

Its a great site for the purpose of consolidating strategies and having a single-point entry. The downside is to my experience that most of the strategies are garbage. Pet Battle Breed ID appears to have been updated today, so maybe they are back in business. The breeds of the Hallow's End pets are displayed.

Three runs of all three raids yielded 2 Leviathon, 1 Fragment of Anger, 1 Sister of Temptation, and 1 Wretched Servant.

And I still really, really, really hate Black Temple. Even though it's a complete piece of cake at 100.

Just for fun, I compiled a list of all of the caged pets I have hanging around in the bank bags of my characters. I've noted in the past that you can do pretty well with a snake, a rabbit, and something that flies.

Two fossilized hatchlings will pretty much destroy them.
