I spent a few hours yesterday getting my "Pro Pet Mob" achievement in Uldum, getting 8 pets from 22 to 25. During the process I got 6 flawless battle stones: 1 aquatic, 2 critter, 2 beasts and one Flying

Emperor Crab can usually beat all 3 by himself

Park a toon there and log every once in a while. Worked for me, I have a rare baby ape. Had two but had to let one go when the limit was still 500

Yup, on Pandaria happens pretty much everywhere though it isn't often. I'd say I see those once a week

Doesn't forfeiting also kills the respawn, making people who still need that pet mad at you ?

You forgot to take into account that with pets being BOA now you can get all 6 pets very fast, just have 3 or 4 alts doing the dailies. As soon as you hit 90 tickets with them all.. 4 pets at once

A lot less pet-intensive is to boost 2 low levels at the same time and use a single high level pet that can solo all opponents. For the trainer pet battles I have found that my Emperor Crab at 23 could solo 3 level 25s Crabs and frogs are excellent in self healing, just watch out for strong fliers against them

AQ (outside) has level 16 pets alone in battle. Usually about 10 are around. I imagine ZG would be the same way.

Got more than 600 xp on a daily yesterday, think I've seen more. Level 25 pets don't "sink" xp, use 2 level 25 and your crab and happy levelling

do you really "kill" them or they just "faint" ? Because dead pets would not show up on your journal... I think at least up to level 5 you can battle and knock some pets unconscious ?
