Almost all items people collect are paid for at some point so it is not disgusting.
I think what is dumb, however, is blizzard re-releasing past rare items to everyone because all that does it eliminate the exclusivity. That is what destroys collecting including pet collecting.

I got my pet.
I assume they made the 5 days rule so people wouldn't order it and use the code and cancel the order.
This is actually a very ugly in game pet and probably only worth buying so you can say you got one if you just want to have every promotion pet.

I signed up however now I can't find the countdown. Does anyone know the exact time and day it expires on?

If it was back in stock, all inventory must've been snapped up super quick! It's still showing as "Sold Out" for me, and isn't even appearing on their default list of available items. I had to manually search for it to see it pop up.

They should not re-introduce past rare items because what is the point of things being rare then? If you want a rare item it is because it is rare so what is the point then if everyone suddenly gets them? My original point was that I heard the thrall gill'el pet had very few made and sold out quick ...

Do you think pets like the 2005 blizzcon murky, mini tyrael and the vanilla CE zergling panda and diablo are more rare then the recent gill'el pet from the blizzard gear store thrall plushie or other recent promotions?
