While farming up a P/P Emerald Proto-Whelp for my wife tonight, a draconic-family battle-stone dropped from a wild battle. So I can confirm that as of thirty minutes ago, family-specific stones definitely do drop. :lol: I, too, shall send some stone-finding vibes your direction. /general hand-waviness

I've been a serious, hardcore pet collector since Vanilla. I farmed up all of the dragon whelplings back then, for example. The pet journal was the best thing that ever happened to my inventory space. :D Eventually, that collecting turned into a battling/leveling habit when Pet Battles was released....

I only have one L100 so far.
He got four pets in his first four bags, and then none after that. Six days and no pets.
If it's RNG, it's the damnedest RNG I've experienced in a while.

Given the B/B stats and the insane moveset, this might not be a player-obtainable pet.
It might just be a new tamer pet or one of the BoF-type pets you can battle out in the world.
