Pets still don't copy over (on the other hand, you get a Mini Tyrael to play with Q_Q). They're not attackable with direct or aoe attacks, but they respawn instantly anyway.

I used my first aquatic stone on my Wanderer's Festival Hatchling and haven't regretted it. There's nothing super unique among the unbound aquatics and their breed varieties, sadly.

I'd say no, since it doesn't even change the amount of xp that you get. Granted, the drop rate is so miniscule that I doubt it would change anything. Like Arvelayne though, I got 2 dragon stones pretty quick from the wavelings, then but a dozen pets to 25 later still nothing. Bait & switch I tellya~...

I like farming the water wavelings in Zul'drak. I just use a Feline Familiar that I rared-up, and with devour the thing never dies. The stuff there isn't really suitable for getting pets to 25 as they're only 22-23 but they drop dragonkin stones which I don't mind getting more of.
