Aren't those all soulbound once you find them? Bind on pickup, rather.. Only the normal Flawless Battle-Stones are tradable.. unless there is some secret I don't know about.

I've gotta go with both Minfernal and Scourged Whelpling. I can't blame phasing either, since I've been flying around the area with both a character that has completed Icecrown, and one that has never done it. I've yet to see a single one around.
