I only had enough money to spare to be able to buy the Diablo one during the sale. I have enough money now (got payed today), but the sale is over and I can't afford to spend that much just for the pets.

I don't have that pet yet either... and since I don't have BfA, my highest level is still only 110.

I did get invited to a run during Legion and got one of the required achievements, but was never sent an invite to any subsequent runs

Is this still happening? I now have a horde alt who has a decent iLevel, so that gives me two alts I could do this with.

Yeah. Aulier is one of the two pet tamers in Suramar that only one of my alts can do.

Rematch has an option to set a team slot to a random pet, so I made a team of all random pets. I have been thinking of loading that team up and seeing how I do in pet pvp with it.

Actually, I'll take a shot at this... I had the same problem trying to remove a Guild Page and Herald from my account, as they can't be caged or released. They're quirky pets in that you can only have 3 on your account, but they're bound to the character that bought them. And I had bought both pets...
