Not sure if I'd call it "shameful/embarassing", but about a year ago I bought myself all of the TCG pets paying anywhere from 30-100k per pet. Can't tell exactly what which ones cost what because they all show up as [Pet Cage], but TradeSkillMaster is telling me I've spent 650k all up on [Pet Cage]....

Yay. I love pet battles as much as anyone, but even I'm struggling to get to 500. Looking forward to getting new pets!

I got it by just running past the guards at Elodor, they're only level 92 and didn't do much damage at all.

Do you have enough Flying stones? I thought I did coming into Warlords but boy was I wrong. Other than that, you can buy stones that grant one level to a pet for 3 charms at your menagerie, along with the usual things like bandages and pet food.

All the wild pets seem to be. My spores and birds from the Spires of Arak tamer are guys though.

I had problems with all of my non battling pets showing up today (needed to use the Gruntling for banking), turning off Pet Journal Enhanced fixed it. Have you tried disabling any AddOns that are going to modify the pet journal, or just turn them all off to check?

What team are you using? I remember having good success with Valk/Water Spirit/Chrominius using the 6 round bomb strat, but I'll be honest I haven't done BoF in close to a year now. I'll give him a go when I log in!

If anything, it's probably the changes to hit that are messing you up.
