Yeah, it's really screwing up the battle sequence for Super Squirt Day today. Still able to trounce her, but it's taking more rounds.

Have they changed to drop rates that these give or something? Seems like every day this week, I'm getting another pet from the bag, even if I already have them. I've got at least 5 Weebominations now, can hardly give them away.

One thing though. I've never seen a level 18 pet in Hellfire Penninsula, and I seem to recall Zangarmarsh having a few level 18 pets.

Yes, summer will be over by the time Mists is released. The only other wild humanoids are the Sporeling in Zangarmarsh, and the Flayer in Terokkar (not Hellfire).

E.g., anyone can get a Guardian Cub easily, so they have stats like a "common" captured pet, but it's hard to get a Gundrak raptor hatchling or a Sprite darter hatchling, so they have stats like a "rare" captured pet. I just ran into a Dark Whelpling as the 2nd pet in a battle in Desolace. But it was marked "not captureable".

Has anybody extracted a list of all pets (old & new) and the attacks for each one yet? I know all of the info is in the pet journal, but I really don't want to type in 6 items on 400+ pets by hand. Not to mention all the alt-tabbing, and errors and everything.

I don't mind the limited tactical healing during battle. But I'm finding the limited strategic healing outside of battle extremely irksome. I don't think that pet bandages with a limited supply, that you can only get at higher progression, are any sort of answer at all.

I copied over 4 of my characters. I've only tried pet battling on two of them, but the pet levels, and unlocked slots carry over. The trainer quests don't.

You also have to look for a critter with a green paw over it. You can't battle just anything.
There may just not be many out there, depending on the zone. Elwin Forest & Durotar were crawling with people yesterday attacking everything in sight. Try going to one of the lesser used starting zones.

So, I downloaded the patch, and trained, and as soon as I start a wild pet battle, both my pet and the wild one are dead. The only thing I can do is forfeit.
