Sometimes the game will "forget" a full day of progress in terms of pet battles indeed. It's like you log on, and everything you did the day before in terms of pets has been in vain. All levels will be back to the way they were before, all pets you used stones on will be back to their original rarit...

There's no good reason to keep a lower quality of a certain pet if you already have a rare, unless it has better stats and you plan to use an upgrade stone on it. So I guess the short answer is no, you shouldn't keep different qualities. Different levels, well, maybe if you plan to use them for PvP ...

All I hear is noone is able to capture it. Which part is a bug I don't know: It appearing in the pet journal, or it not being capturable. But that something is bugged I know for sure.
Next to that the Darkmoon Fly only comes in uncommon, so probably both bugged.

Blind can cause any skill to miss, even heals. Heals can also miss without blinds, but that's generaly against pets which are way higher level than you. I believe 1 of the conditions for getting someone changed over to another realm is the inviter being the same or higher level as the invitee. So if your 2nd account is a lower level than your main account, your main account can't be swapped over to the CRZ area of the second account.

Be patient is the trick for these. Fly around and make sure you find them all. After the first spawn they'll slowly spawn for about 2 hours long. I prefer having the general information first. I collect pets first and foremost for the pets, not for battling them. Ofc course, being me I want them all at level 25 too, but that's more 1 of my weird things than that I'm really interested in battles.
