You do not need flying to get there! You need to go waaaay around the Highmaul by the seaside, then up the cliffs via a route at the north west corner. Finally got Lumpy this year after trying to find it "a few" times! \o/

No rotten little dude yet, though. This year alone I've looted the dagger 3 times.

Quickly counting, this years attempts for Lumpy were 1 out of 36 or somewhere along that ballpark.
