Re: CONTEST: Doobjanka's Murkablo Holiday Giveaway!
Winterveil Snowflake - elemental I would probably name it Flakey, but that's me. :) Abilities: 1. Freeze - hits the target for x elemental damage 1a. Snowman - creates a snowman which attacks the target for x elemental damage 2. Slick - Gathers other snowflakes and turns the ground under the target...

Re: Unborn Val'kyr
Hi Evellynne. I tried sending you a Whisper, but you weren't online. I would dearly love help in finding this pet. I have a Horde character, but she's only level 16. Would I need to level her more? (I hope not.) My battle tag is Emerald01#1206.
Cheers!

Pebble - weird phasing issues?
Okay, so I went to Deepholm for the fire festival thing. One of my addons noted that I am missing Pebble. Initially, Therazne and others were in the temple, and the portal to Stormwind is gone. I went and did something (I don't even know what!) And now Therazan is back at her throne, the Stromwind p...

Re: Gorespine - Beast of Fable
I hadn't thought about that aspect of Apocalypse. I'm still trying to level my Ghostly Skull, but I like the idea of having alternatives to only using mechanicals. I haven't gone back to Gorespine yet, but I'm wondering how well a team of Dragonkin would do. My Celestial Dragon is usually good for a...

Re: Gorespine - Beast of Fable
What I'm getting here is "Level more mechanicals."
I've3 managed to squeak by with various flyers and whatnot, but nothing consistent. Time to go do some power leveling I guess. That, and learn what s/s, p/p and whatnot are about.
Thanks for the tips!

Gorespine - Beast of Fable
I don't have 3 mechanicals at level 25 yet, but I don't think it would matter. Gorespine tears through the Fluxfire Feline in a snap. I do use the Rabid Nut Varmint, which tends to do well. I have been switching out teams and pets and have not found ones with which I can consistently defeat Gorespin...

Re: PVP Q&A from GPBL Season 2 Champion
I'm trying to "power level" the team you use, and the Skull is now at level 22. Thanks so much for your advice and for explaining your reasoning. It is really nice to have a pro willing to help out us amateurs. *hugs*

Re: PVP Q&A from GPBL Season 2 Champion
I have a question about using the skull. Why do you use Ghostly Bite instead of Spectral Strike? Ghostly Bite stuns the user. I'm having trouble seeing the benefit wheh Spectral Strike has the potential to do quite a bit of damage.
Thanks!

Re: Pet Tamer Quests and Info
I have been through all the quest chains and defeated all the Masters, including the Spirit Tamers. I am one Master short of the achievement "Taming the World". Anyone know what tamer I might have missed along the way? When I look at the list from the beginning of this thread, there are over 40 tame...

Back team taking damage with Turnip?
I've been noticing a weird thing. I'm trying to level my Terrible Turnip. I have noticed that each battle, though I start with the turnip, the back pair are taking a certain amount of damage. It doesn't seem to matter who my opponent is. I can't imagine it's a complication of the Sunlight ability. H...

Re: CONTEST: Pet Tips for Mini Tyrael!
If you're going after Farmer Nishi in Valley of the Four Winds, the Celestial Dragon is your best friend. And very romantic! Siren, a Singing Sunflower , usually comes out first and creates an outbreak of Sunshine. This is bad. Very bad. You don't want Sunny weather! Sunburn, bright light in your ey...

If I had the gold, I would definitely pay 10k for one. But I wouldn't sell one. I want the upgrades!

Re: Strategies for the Darkmoon Daily battle
Just had success with Lil Ragnaros: Sulfuras Smash, Magma Trap, Flamethrower (primarily the latter two) Rabid Nut Varmint 6k: Metal Fist, Extra Plating, Rabid Strike Sea Gull: Slicing Wind, Cyclone, Lift off Pleasantly surprised at how well it went. I just switched to the appropriate pet whenever Je...

Re: Strategies for the Darkmoon Daily battle
Hm. Except for Lil Ragnaros, I don't have any of the pets most of you mentioned. The few I do have are very low level. Guess I'll have to work on that. Gilnean Raven was a really bad choice. The "Nevermore" ability is fun, but the 20 round cooldown leaves you with only two abilities for the rest of ...

I searched the forum and couldn't find anything. I have defeated him, but largely by luck and multiple tries. Re: Help with Outlands Grand Master
I try different combos every day, but always use level 25 rares because I'm sort of lazy. Today I used my Dun Morogh Cub (Growly), My Lucky Quilen Cub (Qui Gon Jin), and an Emerald Turtle. All three can heal, and Growly does some crazy damage, no matter who he's fighting.
