Just for the heck of it: Mr Wiggles--uses Uncanny Luck, dies in first swap attack Menagerie Custodian--3 demolishes (100% hit and improved crit), Ion Cannon on the rez round. DM Tonk--Shock and Awe, Ion Cannon if crits from the Custodian didn't soften him up. I just like opening with a pig against a...

Re: Trouble Hearthing After Pet Tamer Battles?
Seen this mostly at Obalis and Trixy, using the Drape of Unity port to Stormwind. Reported it as a bug. It's definitely in the "annoyance" category.

Thanks for the offers all. Decided to make one last pass through the AH and sold them both, much to my surprise.

Re: Guide to tamer daily pet battles (5.3) - For veterans
Seconding requests for a separate guide for Celestial Tourney pets...and for a revised version with 5.4 pet changes in taken into account. This guide was and is such a great idea it deserves to be presented in as optimal a way as possible.

That would be great! I will track you down tomorrow--got on your friend list tonight. IF you have an H/S (9) Sandling that would be perfect.

Do you still have the living sandling and the firefly, and would you be willing to trade either for a gusting grimoire or a sand scarab?

Thanks for the easy trade, Dasaq! Wulfo, is there anything else you'd want to trade for the Grimoire, etc.?

Axordil#1313--
I'll be on later this afternoon, about 3:30 CDT. I'll try to find Dasaq first, since he was quickest on the draw, then Wulfo if that doesn't work out.
Thanks, both of you, for the fast response.

Re: Guide to tamer daily pet battles (5.3) - For veterans
2) The only exception to your wild pet roster is the Vampiric Batling, which many do not have. The Bat you propose as an alternative has stats that are different enough to make the Flowing fight require a different sequence of attacks. This goal to use only obtainable pets is worthy, but has been b...

Re: Guide to tamer daily pet battles (5.3) - For veterans
Payne is still waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too RNG dependent. One miss with a missile or the strider decides to hold off off on its big attack until your rabbit burrows and it's gacked. Check out my strat of S/S Blue Clockwork Rocket Bot and Rabbit that was described by Kring as "more then aw...

This! Eventually I want to standardize a route that requires no bandages or healing stops at all, because, you know, efficiency.Kring wrote:I'm going to add this to my BoF teams because it uses different pets which means I can use two teams within 8 minutes without using a bandage.

Re: Leveling Preferences
My 90s hit the inaccessible and far-flung trainers (and legends), the alts in the 85-89 range get the balance of Pandaria and the five other bag-droppers, and lowbie alts either do the low level trainers or get parked in the Vale where it's safe (for now).

Re: Help me get Minfernal please!
I had fairly good luck with a DK on Gallywix. Brazilian server, has CRZ, but with other low pop Brazilian servers as far as I can tell. Three days, maybe ten minutes a day. And just got the Qiraji Guardling with the same guy after the hot fix, so that is definitely an advantage.

Re: Beasts of Fable - Pro Team
Every time I try an apocalyptic fable team the meteor misses. The UV/Water spirit/Chrom team has built in redundancy against RNG I have grown to appreciate.
