I see your looking for a soul trader. This may be a possibility as I have seen one listed on my realm every so often.
However I have been looking for 6 months and not seen one kite.

I will keep doing to because 125 valor in about 30 minutes is probably one of the most efficient ways of getting valor I have found. The 1000 timeless coins and the celestial coin are just bonuses.
