Living Fluid and Viscous Fluid are both from Primordius in Throne of Thunder - the Viscous specifies it's from the Heroic fight. I got 12 bags today, no stones, and only 4 bandages. Rest were pet cages, spoiled food and grooming kits. Of course, I rarely get any stones, so can't call it bad luck, it's just SOP for my pet battling.

If you have not done the spirit pets yet, just get a two set for killing it and your leveling pet and do the air spirit.
It is repeatable, as long as the quest has not been done, and pretty easy.
I use a celestial dragon and spawn of Onyx to do mine, with my leveling pet.

They are so cheap on my AH that I bought several of each, some to keep and some to level and sell.
Seems the mech pet is dropping like crazy too, as they are cheap on the AH also.
